Is metal gear Peace Walker payable on the PS plus Premium?

Recently, during a Mangagamer AMA with Ryukishi07 he was asked about the state of Umineko Gold. According to him, the project is "possible" but the burden of responsibility lies entirely on Mangagamer and their ability to get it off the ground. Interestingly, he didn't mention Catbox Creative.

I never seen cowboy bebop before and I don't own any of the blurays. If I had to choose between the 25th anniversary or the original release, I'd pick the 25th anniversary for display purposes. Nobody reads the description on the back besides the bottom where it says english/japanese language, running time and number of episodes and screen shots from the anime . If the anime is good, the only thing that matters from all this is the front cover or the packaging that comes with all the goodies. I'm not saying the original release is bad/lacking but the 25th anniversary is more appealing to me as someone who has never seen or owns a copy of cowboy bebop.

I have no idea why Funimation/Crunchyroll withhold Cowboy Bebop: The Movie in the US. In the UK it has been released by Manga UK for years now (Manga UK are now owned by Funimation/Crunchyroll) same goes for Australia where Umbrella and Madman have both released copies of it (Madman is now owned by Funimation/Crunchyroll)
